Whenever the user or visitor of your product has a great experience, they tend to come back more often. Better yet, there’s a bigger chance they will purchase your product. Spending time on coming up with the best user experience is always worth it.

Your customers journey

From the moment your customer finds you on Google, till the moment your product is delivered: your customer journey is key to your success. It needs to be an experience that will be remembered for the good reasons. Every step should feel smooth and it should feel like the perfect solution to the challenge they had ahead of them.

Your own user experience

This is often taken for granted by a lot of developers. This is not to bash any other developers, a lot of them are better at other aspects of being a developer. But ease at which the user that spends most time on the website or app, you or your editor, can use the product, is just as important. The less time you have to spend keeping your website or app up to date, the more time you save for other tasks that bring in the money.

In other words, allow me to spend time on improving your user experience as well, instead of only focusing your resources on the front-end that’s being used by your customers.
